　JDPaint5.50 is the newest version of professional CAD/CAM software developed carefully for small cutter engraving by Beijing Jingdiao. hundreds of functionalities are added or improved.the following is the most important features of JDPaint5.50.
 
 

1． Indentify cutter blind area in rough machining
　There is machining blind area at the bottom of insert cutter.it's necessary to consider the maneuver room of plunge tool-path. otherwise the leftover will cause collision with cutter.
Features:
1)Set tool blind radius when calculating plunge tool-path.
2) System automatically filter small machining region to avoid machining blind area.
3) Set associated formula between blind radius and tool diameter.
4) Blind radius automatically updates after change tool so as to reduce man-made error.
     
  2．Identify the model of current leftover in milling material remained
　Leftover model is a leftover distributing model calculated by comparing geometric model with part shape finished.The functionalities of milling leftover can filter useless tool-path via such model.
Features:
1)Leftover model calculation is based on tool-path generated. react part shape machined realistically. filter useless tool-path to reach safety and reliability.
2)Tool-path adopts technics to shorten positioning tool-path length , such as optimizing sorts,
optimizing connecting tool, region priority, always keeping cutter down when machinig in layers, etc.
     
  3． Newly add functionality of mixture cleanup surface
　　This functionality can automatically divide the leftover into flat area and slope area.different tool moving mode is for different area
that raise machining safety and reliability.
Features:
1)Slope area adopts local equal-Z-height machining mode. machining order is from top to bottom. reduce tool breakage due to side downstep exceeding tool edge length.
2)Flat area adopts "pencil machining" along groove . tool-path is smooth and continous.efficiency is high .
joint effect is good.
     
  4． Newly added multiple pencil cleanup surface
　　Single pencil cleanup tool-path equal distance along machining surface to form multiple pencil cleanup too-path.during machining, process not only cutting is even,but also raise the joint quality between cleanup tool-path and finishing tool-path。
Features:
1)Even cutting of single pencil cleanup raised joint quality of cleanup area and finishing surface.
2)Times of equidistance may be set as infinite that evolve into surface finishing mode. this moving mode
3)Not only make the leftover remained on smooth surface even, also very little leftover in area of inner corner.
